Interpretation of the Statistics tab

I come here to have some information about this sympatic feature of GSP-Panel :)

I want to know how the statistics works ?
Especially the ressource information

Because when I check my processus, the usage of the processor isn't the same.

I host minecraft server, and on a populated server, you reach 100%+ of usage of the processor, and here I never see it

In order to explain how the statistics work I need to know the following:
The graphs you posted are they for the machine or game?
How are you checking the CPU usage?
What OS is the remote server?

That's graph are taked from my main MineCraft gameserver.

It's dedicated to the core 7

OS is Debian Linux 5.0.8 (64 bits)
Hardware is Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz, 8 cores with 12 gigas DDR3
