New - Paid for and received no Email Confirmation

Hi just a general question to those who are subscribers... I paid and received no confirmation. What is the ordering process here? I subscribed to a monthly plan. Should I log a ticket?

Already taken care of in a ticket. Any payment related questions or concerns should be communicated via a ticket.
